当アプリ「subsCuu」（以下「当アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーでは、当アプリが収集する情報およびその利用方法について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

当アプリは以下の情報を収集・保存します。【ユーザーが入力した情報】・サブスクリプション・分割払いの名称、金額、支払い周期・支払い開始日・終了日・カテゴリ・支払い方法・メモ（任意入力の自由記述）【自動的に収集する情報】・クラッシュレポート（Firebase Crashlytics による匿名データ）・アプリの動作ログ（クラッシュ解析目的のみ）当アプリは氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報は収集しません。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的のみに使用します。・当アプリの機能提供（支払い管理・集計）・iCloud を通じた複数デバイス間のデータ同期・アプリの不具合修正および品質向上

3. iCloud によるデータ同期

当アプリはApple のiCloud（CloudKit）を使用してデータを同期します。iCloud に保存されたデータはApple のプライバシーポリシーに従い管理されます。iCloud の利用はユーザーのApple ID 設定に依存します。iCloud が無効の場合、データはデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

4. Apple Watchとの連携

当アプリはApple Watch に対応しており、ペアリングされたApple Watch をお使いの場合、支払い名・金額・カテゴリ・次回支払日などのサマリー情報をWatch Connectivity（Appleが提供するiPhoneとApple Watch間の通信の仕組み）を通じてお使いのApple Watch に転送し、Watch アプリおよびウィジェット（コンプリケーション）表示に使用します。この転送はご本人のiPhoneとご本人のApple Watchの間でのみ行われるローカルな同期であり、外部サーバーを経由することはありません。転送されたデータはApple Watch 側のアプリ専用の記憶領域に保存され、他のアプリからは参照できません。

5. Firebase Crashlytics

当アプリはクラッシュ解析のためにGoogle LLC が提供するFirebase Crashlytics を使用しています。Crashlytics はアプリのクラッシュ情報（端末の種類、OSバージョン、クラッシュ発生箇所等）を収集します。これらのデータは個人を特定できない匿名情報であり、アプリの安定性向上のみに使用します。詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 第三者への情報提供

当アプリは以下の場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者に提供しません。・ユーザーの同意がある場合・法令に基づく場合・人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合

7. 情報の管理・セキュリティ

ユーザーが入力した情報はデバイス内またはiCloud に保存されます。当アプリが独自のサーバーにユーザーデータを送信・保存することはありません。データの管理・セキュリティはApple のプラットフォームの仕組みによって保護されます。

8. お子さまのプライバシー

当アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としておりません。13歳未満の方からの情報を意図的に収集することはありません。お子さまが当アプリを使用する場合は、保護者の監督のもとご利用ください。

9. 個人情報に関するご要望

ユーザーは、個人情報の保護に関する法律に基づき、以下のご要望をいただくことができます。・当アプリが保持する情報の開示・確認・不正確な情報の訂正・追加・削除・情報の利用停止ユーザーのデータはデバイス内またはiCloud にのみ保存されているため、アプリ内から直接データの確認・編集・削除を行うことができます。その他のご要望はお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes: · Providing App features (payment management and aggregation) · Syncing data across multiple devices via iCloud · Fixing bugs and improving App quality

3. iCloud Data Sync

The App uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to sync data. Data stored in iCloud is managed according to Apple's Privacy Policy. Use of iCloud depends on your Apple ID settings. If iCloud is disabled, data is stored only on your device.

4. Apple Watch Integration

The App supports Apple Watch. If you have a paired Apple Watch, summary information (such as payment names, amounts, categories, and next payment dates) is transferred to your Apple Watch via Watch Connectivity (Apple's framework for communication between iPhone and Apple Watch), and is used to power the Watch app and widget (complication) display. This transfer is a local sync that occurs only between your own iPhone and your own Apple Watch, and does not pass through any external server. The transferred data is stored in the App's private storage on Apple Watch and cannot be accessed by other apps.

5. Firebase Crashlytics

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC, for crash analysis. Crashlytics collects crash information (device type, OS version, crash location, etc.). This data is anonymous and cannot identify individuals, and is used solely to improve App stability. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The App does not share collected information with third parties except in the following cases: · When you have given consent · When required by law · When necessary to protect someone's life, body, or property

7. Data Management and Security

Information you enter is stored on your device or in iCloud. The App does not send or store user data on its own servers. Data management and security are protected by Apple's platform mechanisms.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions such as the UK). We do not intentionally collect information from children below these ages. If parental consent is required under applicable local law, we ask that parents or guardians supervise their child's use of the App.

9. Your Rights
